  • HOW CAN WE WRITE CORRECTLY?
  1. Respecting rules (grammar),
  2. selecting the right word (Suitability)
  3. Using the less possible amount of words (economy)
  • WHAT IS LOVE?                                                                         Physical attraction between man and woman is PASSION;                                                            Psychological / mental attraction between man and woman is FRIENDSHIP;                            Physical and mental attraction between man and woman is LOVE
  • Turning need into pleasure is a perversion. There are 8 utilities that are liable to suffer this perversion.  5 are individual and 3 are social.
  1. INDIVIDUAL perversions related to the BODY
Copulating beyond procreation is sensuality, licentiousness;
Bathing beyond hygiene is voluptuousness, lubricity;
Sleeping beyond rest and replenishment is laziness, indolence;
Dressing / shoeing beyond protection and cover is vanity, fatuity;
Eating / drinking beyond survival is gormandizing, greediness.
  1. SOCIAL perversions related to the NEW
Shoping / buying beyond necessity is extravagance, ostentation;
Talking / speaking beyond the necessary is superfluous, trivial;
Traveling beyond necessity is intrusion, futility.

WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT FOR MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY ARTISTS TO ACHIEVE THE LEVEL OF ANCIENT ARTISTS?

Because pre-Enlightment artists were mainly inspired by RELIGION. In fact RELIGION itself was the most powerful force of pre-Enlightment society, all society was designed around RELIGION that, as we have demonstrated in the previou text, is the most elevated human activity. So, in accordance the works inspired in RELIGION have greater chances to become more complex and valuable. So, in order to achieve the same level than Bach, Velasquez, Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Borromini, etc, current and future artists must live in a society dominated by RELIGION while themselfes must be trully inspired by RELIGION.

*

Prophet is the Guru of the Faith;
Philosopher is the Guru of Thought.
Artist is the Guru of Beauty;
Scientist is the Guru of Knowledge;

Worker is the Guru of Labor;
Merrymaker is the Guru of Fun.

*

There are no geniuses of 1st or 2nd order. Genius is infinite. In the same way there is no love of 1st or 2nd category. All geniuses and lovers are equal because their talent is immeasurable.

*

IF IT HAS SUGAR, OBVIOUSLY IT IS TASTY...BUT WOULD IT BE GOOD?

Cooking with sugar is cheating, it's cooking thinking on flavor instead of nutritional value. It is to reach the immediate satisfaction instead of future well-being. Poor nutrients are processed by man; they do not grow on trees or sprout from the ground. In addition, they need to be appetizing to be eaten. Otherwise they would be refused.

*

WHAT IS GOD?
If there is something that science can not explain or demonstrate, then that is God;
If there is something that art can not express or represent, then that is God;
If there is something that philosophy can not conceive or think, then that is God.

*

Art is the Aesthetic pleasure – The Beautiful
Science is the pleasure of knowledge – The Truth

Philosophy is the Ontological pleasure – The Good
Religion is the pleasure of Faith – The Well

*

DOES HUMOR HAVE FUN?

Humor is one of those things
that is not funny, at all!

*

FINALLY, THE FORMULA OF LOVE!
Sex + Passion = Love

*

WISDOM RESULTS OF REFLECTION, NO OF KNOWLEDGE
Increasingly, there is much more information, but little thought;
which generates some knowledge but no wisdom.

*

THE GOOD PRISON
Mistakenly we call prison to what should be a thinker place.

*

ART vs SCIENCE

Science is art devoid of aesthetics.
Art is science provided of aesthetics.

*

INTELLIGENCE vs EXPERIENCE

Intelligence is the opposite of experience. For instance, a game of chess whose players have identical experience will be won by the more intelligent one.

*

TIME

Present is the product of the past and the raw material of the future.

*

IF WE ALL AGREE SOMETHING IS WRONG...

In unanimity we just know we're all wrong.
In plurality at least some of us are right. The difficulty is to know who.

*

THE VIRTUE IS ON EXTREMES...

Regarding people, truly interests geniuses or destitute, vagrants or artists; not the intermediate classes. As well:

  • The small villages and big towns, not the intermediate cities.
  • The small firms and big enterprises, not the intermediate companies.
  • The great masterpieces and the pure drawings of a child, not the common artworks;
  • The headlines and the bottom news, not the intermediate ones.
It is in extreme areas we learn. Never in mediocrity.

*

THE GOOD ACCIDENT

The accident is the perfect realistic show; it is the manifestation of reality in its most mighty splendor.
There is nothing more wrong than removing and erasing the traces of the accident.
If we had no intention of causing the accident why shall we clear and quickly erase its traces and memory? Something that is genuinely pure and nothing artificial.
The accident must be considered as art because it is purely genuine.
Do not remove the debris of the crash because you are removing the memory of reality itself. Remove only the waste that is produced intentionally. The remaining wreckage, as the one that results of accidents or natural phenomenon such as fallen leaves we wait for reality itself to remove them ... according to his patient pace.

*

DO NOT WORK IF YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO IT. YOU ARE CAUSING MORE TROUBLES THAN BENEFITS
The work only is valuable if on it depends our survival or others. Otherwise, it will be unnecessary and redundant. It could damage others because you are competing with other people/companies that really need to work.
As soon as the question of survival is solved we should return immediately to idleness
Idleness will always be the natural state of smart and superior being.

When it is not necessary, work is just a joke and entertainment.

*

POOR vs RICH
The poor just have moral authority over the rich if his poverty results of a personal choice.

If his poverty results from inability or failure that does not give him any moral superiority over the rich. It comes closest to envy than to authority.

*

HOW TO BECOME WISE or
THE 3 FACES OF WISDOM

The wisest ones are:
The traveler, who runs the world;
The Reader, who runs the books;
and the Merchant, who runs the minds of many different customers.

*

TAKE FOOD AS A MEDICINE

Food is a medicine to cure hunger.

*

IF IT IS GOOD TO BE TOUGH WITH THE BODY,
IT WILL BE GOOD TO BE TOUGH WITH THE MIND AS WELL
If for good education the body should be subject to the rigor, discipline, sacrifice and ordeal why should not be subject the mind too, as well?

*

DON`T MAKE EASY THE LIFE OF YOUR CHILDREN. THAT WILL BRING YOU LOTS OF PROBLEMS
The more parents make easier the life of sons and daughters (gifts, affection, releasing hard tasks, etc) the more Childs make difficult the parents` life. Parents who release their children from sacrifice are not helping them; on the contrary they are denying them experience and making them helpless and unprepared to face the unpredictable and risky world.
In fact, it is a mistake parents to say they do not want the child to go through what they went through. Thus, the child will become helpless, lazy, idle, unprepared, harmless as a overprotected body whose immune system will remain fragile because it will never be truly put on test and called to act.

*

ALL PLACES AND AGES ARE CONDEMNED

There are no blessed places or centuries on earth. Sooner or later all regions and eras, Spaces and Times will suffer hard, all the people will have their Holocaust.

*

Why is the verbal offense less serious than the physical one? The verbal abuse can hurt as much or more than the other one.

*

If we fail once it is ignorance;
If we fail twice it is careless or negligence;
If we fail three times it is stupidity.

*

THE GOOD PRISON
The most important place of the prison is the library, not the cell.
Open the prison`s doors. Thus we will recognize who run way or who stay waiting for the end of his/her
penalty.

*

THE LATER WORLD RECOGNISE YOU THE MORE IMPORTANTE YOU WERE
The fame obtained in youth will be lost.
The fame obtained in death, will persist;
The fame obtained posthumously, will endure.

*

The best language will be the one that needs fewer resources (words, letters,etc.) to properly express ideas of equal complexity.

*

The good worker does more with less effort;
the good merchant profits more with less capital;
the good preacher says more with less words;
the good artist/craftsman produces more with less resources;

*

The fair payment that you do not want to do in good part, at the appropriate time,
will you going to do later, in bad part, and at a doubled value.

*

The athlete has a muscular body;
The philosopher has a muscled brain;

the artist is between both.

*

After solving an accident that you have encountered and to take the route again, do not speed up the pace in order to recover the lost time that this obstacle made you to lose. This can infuriate, tease the wrath, be taken as a personal affront by the gods of everyday life that, previously, had decided to bar the way to you.

*

The remarkable man says a lot in a few words and does a lot with scarce means;
the mediocre man says nothing in several words and makes nothing with several resources.

*

Don't give in to what makes you salivate.

It is a trap.

*

What suddenly happens to us reaches us more strongly,

because we're not prepared to receive it.

*

If we think it,

it can be dreamed.

*

Money kills and dries up the love.

Where there is money love does not blooms,

and the reverse also applies.

*

The sacrifice and austerity cure.

The unending sacrifice and austerity save.

*

Not only the body but also the mind wears out itself due to the erosion of existence.
*

If, finally, we all agree, then that is not the solution yet.

*
Less Design, more Art;
Less Gastronomy, more Nutrition;
Less Cosmetic, more Beauty;
Less Politics, more Philosophy;
Less Accountancy, more Finance.

*

The 7 human senses, the respective sciences and their opposites

THOUGHT: Philosophy vs Corruption;
RELIGIOSITY: God vs. Worldliness;
VISION: Beauty vs Ugliness;
HEARING: Music vs. Noise;
TACT: Comfort vs. Discomfort;
SMELL: Perfume vs Putrefaction;
TASTE: Food vs Digestion;

*

The intellectual and academic predict the past;
The artist and the genius report the future;
The citizen lives the present.

*

Give love to the children; not caress.

*

What you get without effort is not worth the effort to get it.

*

The intelligence is not the opposite of stupidity; is the inverse of the experiment;
It is allow ourselves to compensate for lack of experience by reasoning or thinking.
In same conditions a 30 year old man reaches the same results or better than a man aged 40 (who should have more experience), just only because he is more intelligent.
